Founder and owner, David established Nepean Engineering in Narellan in 1974. From his beginnings as a tool-maker, David has grown NEPEAN into an internationally successful company employing over 1100 people, through the acquisition and successful management of businesses complimentary to the core engineering capabilities.
Miles Fuller GAICD, joined NEPEAN in 1994 launching start-up venture Vehicle Inspection Systems. Following early success in Australia, Miles took VIS to the USA and Canada, where as President, VIS Inc. became the market leader in brake, suspension and steering testing equipment for the heavy vehicle market in North America. Established VIS-Polish®, a fully robotic patented wheel polish solution for the heavy vehicle industry. VIS-Polish is now the market leader in North America and Australia/NZ.
In 2007 appointed CEO NEPEAN, returning to Australia to lead the acquisition and integration of leading national metal products manufacturer Graham Group as Managing Director as well as holding key management positions as MD of VIS, VIS Inc., Bliss Fox and Acting MD of Nepean Conveyors.
In 2011 led the re-branding and restructuring of all 25 Nepean Group entities into 4 Divisions under the NEPEAN brand.
An active member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), a global network of chief executives with approximately 20,000 members in more than 100 countries and a graduate of UWS School of Commerce, Stanford Executive Education & Harvard Business School Executive Programme (In conjunction with World Presidents Programme).

Mark joined NEPEAN in 2013. A graduate accountant and CPA(Fellow), Mark’s previous roles include 9 years as Finance Director of ASX listed company Crane Group Limited and 7 years with Brambles Industries Limited as CFO of their Australasian business.
Rolf van Rooyen

Appointed General Manager of NEPEAN Conveyors in April 2011, Rolf is a Mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Pretoria, with an honours degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of South Africa. Previous roles included Managing Director of IST Dynamics (RSA), General Manager & Director of BAE Systems (RSA), and Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Rolf is a member of the Engineering Council of South Africa, and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Richard is a graduate Mining Engineer who has been involved in the underground coal industry since 1973. Richard’s early career was in the operational side of longwall mining. In 1980 he joined the Dowty organisation and focussed on the development and supply of new longwall mining systems. In 1988 Richard was appointed Managing Director of Meco Australia Pty Ltd, later part of Joy Mining (Australia). In 1997, Richard together with three other partners founded Inbye Mining Services Pty Ltd, an Australian based supplier of longwall mining equipment and related services. NEPEAN became the largest and controlling shareholder of Inbye in February 2011.

As the founding Managing Director, Geoff established M.I. Power in 1994. A qualified Electrical Engineer and licensed Electrical Contractor, Geoff has over 26 years’ experience in the mining and manufacturing industries. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers, MEMMES and is a Class A Certified Hazardous Area Designer.

Joining Inbye Mining Services in October 2007, Adam’s previous tenures include General Manager and Managing Director of human capital businesses within the construction, health and financial sectors. Adam has worked for various commercial consultancies to small and medium enterprises, drawing on his tertiary education of Bachelors in Communications, Philosophy and Psychology.

Rowan is an Electrical Engineer who has recently joined NEPEAN Power as the senior manager responsible for manufacturing and electronics . He has 25 years experience in the mining and industrial sectors, this includes engineering design, plant automation, major infrastructure project delivery and more recently electrical equipment manufacturing.

Appointed Managing Director of NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure in August 2011, Peter brings exceptional senior managerial experience from a range of manufacturing based businesses that include Crane Group, Chubb, Southcorp and Mitsubishi Motors. Peter has a strong track record across several different industries and has successfully implemented business improvement and growth strategies in challenging business environments. Peter joined Nepean from Crane Group where he had responsibility for their copper tube business as well as a group wide lean manufacturing implementation.

Dushyant joined Nepean Engineering in 1996 following a sixteen year career in multinational engineering and manufacturing company. Dushyant has achieved honours in Mechanical Engineering (BSc Engineering -Mechanical) and is MIEAust with the Institution of Engineers Australia. Dushyant has extensive experience in design, engineering, estimation, manufacturing and management and has successfully delivered projects for Dana Spicer Axle, Tri-Star Steering & Suspension, SC Johnson, Nepean Meco Conveyors, Australian Aerospace, GL&V-Goro Nickel, Rheem Australia and Saimo Technologies.
Daniel joined Nepean in 2011 following a 10 year career as a solicitor and in a commercial role in the Mining and Engineering sectors. As a solicitor Daniel has worked both in Australia and the USA specialising in commercial, contract, construction and insurance law. Throughout his career Daniel has provided practical legal advice and assisted clients to achieve successful commercial outcomes. Daniel has achieved tertiary qualifications in Law (LLB) and Arts (BA).
